Job summary

JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler for Industrial & Manufacturing projects across multiple locations, including Atlanta. The candidate will lead the scheduling effort, mentor junior staff, and work with project teams to develop baseline and updated schedules.

Strong communication and proficiency with scheduling software are required. Responsibilities include planning, sequence optimization, risk assessment, and providing reports to support lean and pull planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in construction management/engineering.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train others and lead scheduling efforts.
• Strong communication and knowledge of construction sequencing required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates feedback diplomatically.
• Develops baseline and ongoing schedule updates across phases.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning with schedule alignment.
• Mentors and coaches junior staff as assigned.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
