Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Thousand Oaks, CA to manage multiple complex schedules using Primavera P6. Construction experience in biotech/pharmaceutical capital projects is essential, with hybrid onsite requirements in Thousand Oaks.

You will develop baselines, perform risk analyses, and lead scheduling meetings while coordinating with civil, structural, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant complex construction experience.
• 8+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• 3+ years of cGMP biotech or pharmaceutical capital project experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics and visualizations, like Microsoft Power BI.
• Any certification from PMI or AACE is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules with a quality critical path.
• Resource-load project schedules and optimize resource utilization.
• Produce schedule reports and progress updates for management.
• Lead schedule meetings and update processes.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and lookahead planning.
