Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls is seeking a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler III to plan, develop, and manage complex schedules for data center capital projects, primarily using Primavera P6. Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience and 7+ years Primavera experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• PMI or AACE certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning of the project from design documents.
• Lead Interactive Planning Sessions and schedule meetings throughout the project life cycle.
• Define key schedule design elements and obtain approval before baseline development.
• Analyze and integrate schedules from consultants, architects/designers, and contractors.
• Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
