Job summary

Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Analyst to support a major federal agency in the Washington, DC area.

You will lead scheduling efforts for engineering and construction projects, and report on progress and risks. The role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, plus the ability to review schedules for federal work, analyze change orders, and manage junior schedulers.

• Overseeing and managing the efforts of subordinate Project Schedulers;
• Working with design engineers and construction engineers to optimize project schedules and mitigate schedule delays; and

Candidates Must Have Significant Experience

• Utilizing Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project,
• Creating and/or reviewing schedules on behalf of federal agencies,
• Analyzing schedule related change order and claims proposals, and
• Reviewing independent government estimates.
