Senior Scheduler - MEP installations in vertical infrastructure

(Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)

Join a top contractor on one of NYC’s most high-profile public works projects. Based in Manhattan, this role is ideal for a seasoned Senior Scheduler with expertise in MEP, vertical construction, and NYC public sector projects.

Role Overview:

Report to the Scheduling Manager and work closely with field teams, PMs, and consultants to manage project schedules from pre-construction through close-out on a major, multi-year infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules
• Track progress, manage updates, and analyze delays
• Run Pull Planning sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Create schedule fragments and Time Impact Analyses
• Support EVM, cost/resource loading, and claims
• Assist with schedule reviews and reporting

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction scheduling
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• GC experience and NYC public sector project background
• Able to work on-site in Manhattan and/or commute to New Rochelle
• Proven stability in past roles
• Experience with vertical building and large-scale public works projects
