Job summary

Innovar Group is hiring a Senior Global Scheduler to lead integrated project schedules across North America for large-scale, mission‑critical data center developments. You will manage baselines, critical paths, milestones, and schedule governance through detailed reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction scheduling, expert Primavera P6 skills, and strong communication to present updates to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction scheduling on large projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and ensuring schedule data integrity.
• Experience coordinating across design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report integrated project schedules from early development and preconstruction through commissioning and handover.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules, critical and near‑critical paths, milestones, float, and schedule‑change governance.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, recovery planning, and acceleration recommendations.
• Incorporate owner‑led workstreams including procurement, long‑lead equipment, utility/interconnection coordination, and commissioning.
• Review and challenge general contractor and trade‑partner schedules for logic, duration, constraints, completeness, and alignment with project standards.
• Create executive‑ready schedule reports, milestone dashboards, look‑aheads, delay analyses, and portfolio‑level reporting.
• Partner with design, delivery, procurement, commissioning, finance, BI, and investment teams to communicate schedule risks and recommended actions.
• Manage deliverables from third‑party scheduling consultants and contribute to global scheduling templates, playbooks, scorecards, and training materials.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced project controls professional to lead scheduling efforts across North America while helping shape global standards for large-scale, mission‑critical development programs.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and report integrated project schedules from early development and preconstruction through commissioning and handover.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules, critical and near‑critical paths, milestones, float, and schedule‑change governance.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, recovery planning, and acceleration recommendations.
• Incorporate owner‑led workstreams including procurement, long‑lead equipment, utility/interconnection coordination, and commissioning.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive construction scheduling or planning experience on large, complex projects; data center, mission‑critical, or major infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong discipline around schedule data integrity and version control.
• Deep knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling, logic linking, float analysis, schedule audits, schedule risk management, and recovery planning.
• Experience building integrated schedules across design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex schedule risks into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.
