• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must reside in one of the eligible states: TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN, FL, SC, NC, KY.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project information and updates.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive schedules aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide detailed reports on project status, milestones, and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate their schedules into the master project schedule.
• Implement schedule changes and adjustments as required, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings to provide schedule updates, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing project timelines and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices within the Industrial, Power, and Utilities industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team in the Industrial, Power, and Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling within this sector, with a strong proficiency in Primavera P6. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory; additional experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and identify critical path activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and industry regulations.
