Job summary

HPM is seeking a Schedule Manager to lead all schedule management, analysis, and control activities for major construction programs. You will drive master schedules, track risks, perform earned value analysis, and report to project teams and clients.

The role requires collaboration with project controls, design teams, and contractors, with travel up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Procore/Microsoft Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital projects and programs.
  • Provide support to project teams to manage the owner schedule, including setup of the schedule in the management system, detailed analysis, and reporting of schedule information.
  • Develop master program schedules as needed, utilizing current material lead times and data.
  • Assist in project planning by developing schedule scenarios and comparisons.
  • Work with project teams to implement scheduling best practices in contract documents.
  • Oversee detailed technical analysis of schedules to identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Perform earned value analysis for construction progress monitoring and forecasting related to schedule.
  • Identify and track metrics to measure progress and performance of schedules.
  • Develop data analytics and reporting to project teams and clients using cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Support project control and execution plans for projects and programs.
  • Supervise schedule control efforts and report on schedule performance against baselines.
