Job summary

HPM is seeking a Senior Schedule Manager to lead schedule management, analysis, and control support for large capital projects. The role involves developing master programs, conducting delay analyses, and collaborating with project stakeholders to address schedule issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital projects and programs.
  • Provide support to project teams to manage the owner schedule, including setup of the schedule in the management system, detailed analysis, and reporting of schedule information.
  • Develop master program schedules using current material lead times and data.
  • Assist in project planning phases by developing schedule scenarios and comparisons.
  • Work with project teams to implement scheduling best practices into contract documents.
  • Oversee detailed technical analysis of schedules to identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • Perform earned value analysis for progress monitoring and forecasting.
  • Identify metrics to measure progress and schedule performance.
  • Develop data analytics and robust reporting for project teams and clients.
  • Support development of project control and execution plans and review contractor pay/change requests related to time.
