You will reduce time to launch and scale by improving processes, documentation, and tooling, while partnering with engineering to ensure stability, observability, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-leverage, cross-functional programs from definition through launch and scale.
• Design durable workflows and standards to reduce manual effort at scale.
• Orchestrate execution across teams, manage risks, set KPIs and cadences.
• Build decision frameworks and business cases balancing impact and cost.
• Improve time-to-launch and time-to-scale with process improvements.
• Partner with engineering to mature systems for stability and observability.
• Align functions early to surface risks and enable fast delivery.
• Measure outcomes, run post-launch assessments, and iterate.
