You will lead lab-to-pilot scale-up, implement SOPs, model processes, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with external partners to deliver scalable designs for cost-effective, environmentally responsible mineral processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in chemical process or development engineering.
• Hands-on scale-up from R&D to production.
• Experience with process modeling and control.
• Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scale-up of lab processes to pilot and production scales.
• Identify process risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct process simulations to predict performance.
• Develop SOPs, process flow, safety and quality guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership to junior staff.
• Guide R&D and external partners in experiments for base data.
• Drive chemical process design from concept to scaled production.
• Model potential designs for scale-up and cost estimation.
• Improve processes and troubleshoot during production.
