Job summary

Amentum seeks a qualified Scaffold / Civil Superintendent to supervise scaffold management, carpentry, and facility upkeep at the WTP Site, just north of Richland, WA. You will lead field crews, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with support organizations to drive efficient, compliant work packages and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include pre-planning, material staging, permits, and directing diverse crafts, with a strong emphasis on safety and DOE

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Associates Degree with 6 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years supervisory experience.
• DOE environment supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scaffold builds and inventory management.
• Direct field activities and safety culture in performance of work.
• Review craft time records and manage scaffold inventory.
• Schedule work and ensure quality of completed tasks.
