Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Craft Lead for Phillips 66 – Lake Charles Refinery. You will lead a single crew, ensure safety compliance, and direct day-to-day craft activities on site.

This role requires strong reading of blueprints, planning, and coordination with safety, QA/QC, and contractor teams. Responsibilities include conducting toolbox talks, assigning tasks, verifying proper use of equipment, and maintaining accurate time and material records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' craft experience, or 2 years craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Commitment to Brock's safety culture and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture on site.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure adherence to rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and crew meetings; assign tasks to crew.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and contractor specs.
• Manage equipment loading/unloading and transport to site.
• Monitor time records and report man-hours accurately.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
