Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s culture and safety standards across the crew.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Lead toolbox and crew meetings; ensure work aligns with contract scope.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, and proper reporting of man-hours and materials.
• Plan installation and construction, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and used correctly.
