Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (Bsafe) across the crew.
• Lead pre-job safety planning and enforce rules.
• Conduct crew and toolbox meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and contractor specs.
• Plan installation and construction, and assign tasks.
• Maintain accurate time, material, and quantity reporting.
• Support equipment loading/unloading and material handling.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and efficiency.
