Job summary

Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) seeks a qualified SCADA/Industrial Information Management professional to support the administration, maintenance, and operation of SCADA and distributed control systems. The role emphasizes data engineering, analytics, and offshore/onshore industrial data management.

You will design data pipelines, configure PI/Historians, and collaborate on project engineering with OT cybersecurity awareness.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of SCADA or automation experience, preferably in oil and gas.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to diagnose and solve SCADA problems with patience and professionalism.
• Experience with administration, programming, database administration with telemetry, and RTU input management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, maintenance, and operation of SCADA and distributed control systems.
• Develop data pipelines, data integrations, and data movement between PCN, DMZ, and cloud.
• Coordinate design, development, and documentation for SCADA configuration databases and core functions.
• Mentor junior staff and support field technicians in troubleshooting SCADA issues.
• Stay current with OT cybersecurity practices and SCADA technology developments.
