Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) seeks an Automation Specialist to design, implement and maintain Industrial Control Systems and HMI/SCADA infrastructure on the North Slope of Alaska. The role focuses on HMI development, PLC and DCS programming, and troubleshooting, with a 12-hour shift, 14/14 rotation.

Candidates should have at least four years of Automation/SCADA experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Automation/SCADA experience.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on 14/14 North Slope Alaska.
• Strong diagnostic, prioritization and communication skills.
• Proficient in HMI, PLC, and DCS programming software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Industrial Control Systems and HMI/SCADA infrastructure.
• HMI development and support.
• PLC system design, programming, and maintenance.
• DCS programming and troubleshooting.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial networks.
• Mentor and train junior Automation Specialists.
• Adhere to company values and maintain schedule.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
