Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a consumer, mortgage, or commercial lending support role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closings and prepare loan documents.
• Review documents for compliance with policy and regulations.
• Perform lien searches and due diligence.
• Ensure accuracy of SBA Express, 7A, and 504 loan paperwork.
• Interface with underwriters, attorneys, and clients to finalize closings.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting lending processes.
