Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in franchise business development or building franchise relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong MS Office skills and web research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SBA franchise loan relationships and growth.
• Research top franchise brands and coordinate outreach for loan volume.
• Maintain franchise volume by brand and support risk assessment.
• Attend conferences and events to educate stakeholders on SBA options.
• Support vendor relations, tracking volume and referrals.
• Perform routine training, admin tasks, and reporting by brand.
