Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
• SBA loan origination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Self-sourcing SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis. Typical loan amounts are $350K‑$5MM.
• Reviews financial statements, structures SBA loan proposals, completes initial analysis and prepares credit package.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
