John Zink is seeking a Senior Subarc Code Welder to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma manufacturing team. This role performs high-quality SAW welding on pipe, pressure vessels, and other fabricated equipment while supporting a safe, quality-focused environment.

The successful candidate will interpret drawings, follow welding procedures, pass nondestructive testing as required, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to meet customer and business objectives.

Formación

• Experience performing Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Ability to perform work in accordance with welding procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.

Responsabilidades

• Perform code welding on pipe and other fabricated equipment.
• Complete welding assignments in accordance with approved welding procedures and quality requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Produce welds that meet applicable code and quality requirements and pass nondestructive examination (RT, PT).
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to meet customer and business objectives.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and value creation.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the welding team.
