Job summary

Amazon Leo in Redmond seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of complex satellite development programs. You will own end-to-end schedules, coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and launch teams, and remove blockers to accelerate progress.

This is an individual contributor role with broad influence; you will apply strong PM fundamentals, data-driven insights, and clear communications with senior leadership while navigating export-control requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end satellite schedules including development and production planning alignment.
• Partner closely with engineering to evaluate schedule progress, tracking, and deliverables.
• Develop structured risk management approaches, maintaining a high bar of accountability across design and production teams to ensure program commitments are met.
• Develop integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, in a high-speed, high-complexity, agile environment.
• Drive cross-team alignment on ownership, sequencing, and delivery while adapting quickly as conditions change, ensuring deliverables meet customer, mission and program requirements.
