Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for its Leo Finance Technology team in the Bellevue area. This role focuses on delivering complex cross-functional projects across SAP and non-SAP systems, while aligning stakeholders and driving agile delivery in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build deployment plans, manage risks, and communicate with senior leadership. A strong technical foundation and passion for scalable solutions are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of system implementation projects from design through deployment and support.
• Build agile delivery plans and deployment project plans, and manage risks and issues.
• Manage the project backlog, plan sprints, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Gather business requirements to develop use cases and communicate dependencies clearly.
• Drive project schedules from design to release and manage production launches.
• Navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders.
