Job summary

Boeing seeks a Senior Product Security Engineer for the MUOS program in El Segundo, CA. You will lead security for satellite and ground systems, apply RMF, and coordinate with leaders across engineering disciplines to ensure robust cybersecurity across lifecycle stages.

The role requires deep systems engineering experience, DoD security knowledge, and collaboration with teams to advance product security and regulatory compliance. A U.S. Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Systems Engineering.
• 4+ years with spacecraft, payloads, ground systems.
• 5+ years software integration with hardware, firmware, and software.
• 10+ years in classified/unclassified environments, cybersecurity, networking, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, validate and verify lifecycle security solutions.
• Co-leads a team of Product Security Engineers for satellite vehicles and RMF processes.
• Evaluate resilient network operations and crypto keying techniques.
• Identify assets, risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to ensure design integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate security requirements with suppliers and leadership, ensuring compliance.
