Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to contribute to phased array antenna systems, PCBAs, and high-speed digital circuitry, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity.

You will own or contribute to PCBA development, review schematics, optimize stackups, lead test campaigns, and help transition designs to production, balancing tactical and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• Experience in hardware lab equipment such as digital scopes, logic analyzers, and soldering tools.
• Experience in layout design and motherboard/PCB design including schematic capture and stackup.

Responsibilities

• Own PCBA development from concept through production.
• Design and optimize electronics sub-systems blocks.
• Lead and review schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Support the transition of designs to production.
