Job summary

Gemini Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the single contractor management interface to the Space Force for SOMES operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at contract start.
• BS in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
• Approximately ten years of satellite operations management, financial management, and project management experience.
• Available to assume Key Personnel responsibilities by 1 January 2027.
• Complete training and certifications required by PWS, DD Form 254, and approved Management and Staffing Plan.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface to the COR and CO and exercise company authority over contractual performance.
• Direct Site Managers and technical leads for satellite operations, engineering, maintenance, training, logistics, and COMSEC.
• Manage labor mix, budget, contract deliverables, quality assurance, staffing, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain the Management and Staffing Plan, Mission Essential Plan, and performance tracking processes.
• Coordinate anomaly, contingency, mission planning, and COOP support without disrupting Government command authority.
• Ensure compliance with classified operations, safety, property accountability, documentation, and configuration control requirements.
