Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical program management or related roles for hardware/software.
• Experience supporting complex hardware/software development programs.
• Strong systems-thinking with ability to manage interdependencies across mechanical, electrical, software, and integration workstreams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain schedules, track risks, and report program health clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and drive satellite program schedule across bus and payload subsystems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and translate progress into shared plans and actions.
• Track bus-vendor and payload-supplier deliverables and align with internal milestones.
• Maintain risk and issue registers, surface risks early, and escalate blockers with context.
• Prepare regular program-status updates for leadership showing schedule health and decisions.
• Organize and facilitate program meetings; capture decisions and actions for closure.
• Contribute to lightweight program-management processes as the team scales.
