Job summary

Gemini Industries, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to sustain and improve software for satellite operations, automation, telemetry analysis, mission planning, and ground-system integration. Work involves ensuring changes pass approved government testing processes and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include defect troubleshooting, tool development, and supporting ISCS validation in a 24/7 environment, with travel to CONUS locations as needed. A TS/SCI clearance is required at start.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance at contract start.
Knowledge comparable to a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physical Sciences.
Hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and evaluation on systems of comparable complexity.
Combination of supervisory, technical, software development, and software testing skills adequate to lead technical tasks.

Responsibilities

Sustain and improve software enabling satellite operations and ground-system integration.
Troubleshoot software defects and coordinate corrective action with mission users and technical stakeholders.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software utilities and operational automation tools.
Support ISCS testing and other mission software validation.
Prepare and execute test plans, document defects, maintain results and support release decisions.
