Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Nine or more years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace.
• Experience in satellite AIT, systems integration, and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, fabrication, and procurement of satellite components and long lead items.
• Work with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and approve designs for release.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering to align processes with requirements.
• Support spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing per the AIT plan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and generate non-conformance reports with root-cause actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in cost/time estimates and tooling recommendations.
