Qualifications

• 8+ years with Bachelor's degree in aerospace hardware/software
• Proven track record in aerospace projects from concept to ops
• Experience with satellite avionics and C/DH systems preferred
• Familiarity with RS-422/CAN/1553/SpaceWire interfaces and protocols
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of satellite avionics and C&DH systems across full lifecycle
• Define requirements and ensure traceability through design, test and deployment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on architecture, interfaces and integration
• Manage multiple design activities and potentially lead spacecraft or payload teams
• Support roadmap development and cost-constrained design decisions
