Job summary

Kymeta is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Engineering Response (CER) team in the United States. The role focuses on post-sales technical support for SATCOM systems, helping customers and partners with complex RF and network integrations and driving product improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SATCOM experience, strong networking and RF knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and/or military SATCOM experience.
• Experience with DVB-S2/DVB-S2X and SCPC/MESH networks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills in RF/Networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote troubleshooting sessions with customers and partners.
• Develop data-driven engineering responses and drive opportunities.
• Create customer-facing documentation and product notes.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25%.
• Develop internal productivity tools in Python or Matlab.
