Kymeta Corporation is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in the U.S. for the CER team to provide Tier-3 post-sales support for holographic beamforming SATCOM platforms.

You will tackle challenging RF GEO/LEO problems, engage with Product and Engineering, and help shape customer experiences across campaigns and field deployments. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, field testing, and practical tool development in Python or Matlab, with up to 25% travel and a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field required.
• 5+ years SATCOM experience for on-the-move systems and VSAT.
• Strong problem solving and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with network protocols and satellite networks helpful.
• Proficiency in Python or Matlab for internal tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sales technical responses and on-site/remote troubleshooting.
• Define processes for data-driven customer engineering responses.
• Create customer-facing docs and product notices as SME.
• Develop small internal tools to improve productivity.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites and events.
