Job summary

KBR seeks an Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer to join its team in El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO. You will define the next generation SATCOM system architecture, oversee enterprise integration, and lead MBSE-driven requirements activities for US Space Force programs.

You will coordinate with government and industry partners, manage risk, and present briefings to senior leaders. A DoD clearance plus strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications required.
• MBSE familiarity and tools used to support requirements development and traceability are required.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organization and prioritization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE to support development of technical baselines.
• Analyze system requirements defining the technical baseline and verification.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor teams to close gaps in requirements flow.
• Lead and support Government/Contractor Working Group meetings and write minutes.
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities.
• Facilitate review of program documents, provide comments, and adjudicate contractor responses.
• Serve as SME to assess technical issues and prepare briefings to US Space Force management.
• Support risk management, interdependencies, and action plans to resolve schedule conflicts.
