Job summary

Centurum is seeking a qualified engineer to support USSOCOM programs, including the Satellite Deployable Node family and EDN systems. The role involves embedded SOCS and deployable communications support across CONUS/OCONUS, with responsibilities in design, testing, and documentation.

Candidate will perform complex analysis, develop designs from guidelines, and coordinate with related activities to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Requires AS degree or equivalent with electronics training.
• Experience with SOCS/Deployable SATCOM preferred.
• Ability to design, test, and document complex equipment.
• Capable of non-routine and complex project work.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical SATCOM support services to NIWC Atlantic.
• Perform embedded SOCS Deployable Communications FoS support.
• Design, develop, and construct major units or equipment.
• Plan and conduct tests; analyze results; report findings and recommendations.
• Train and assist lower-level technicians as needed.
