Job summary

Freudigman & Billings Westport is seeking a full-time Senior Instructor for our Admissions Test Prep team, with a focus on ACT/SAT instruction. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to curriculum development, instructor coaching, and family communication.

Expect to teach ~20–24 hours weekly and work within a collaborative center framework in Westport, CT. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of direct instruction, proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of direct ACT/SAT instruction.
• Experience with testing accommodations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Teach test prep skills one-on-one, about 20–24 hours per week.
• Establish and maintain relationships with students and families.
• Collaborate with Test Prep Leadership on student plans and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Educational Therapy, Academic Instruction, and College Advising as needed.
• Attend meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
• Support testing accommodations applications when relevant.
• Contribute to curriculum development and instructor coaching.
