Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT is seeking a Senior Instructor for our Admissions Test Prep team. This full-time role focuses on ACT/SAT instruction with opportunities to work with ISEE, SSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE, or LSAT while maintaining a strong student-centered approach.

You will meet one-on-one with students, build ongoing relationships with families, and collaboratively develop personalized plans. A 7+ year track record and comfort with data-driven instruction are required.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of direct ACT/SAT instruction experience.
• Ability to work with students with learning differences and accommodations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet one-on-one with a cohort of students to teach test prep skills, averaging 20-24 instructional hours per week.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with students and families throughout the test preparation process.
• Collaborate with Test Prep Leadership to create and execute individual plans while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen departmental systems and contribute to curriculum development and data analysis.
