Job summary

Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT is seeking a full-time Senior Instructor for our Admissions Test Prep team. The role focuses on ACT/SAT instruction with potential involvement in ISEE, SSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT prep.

You will work on-site at our center and collaborate with the Test Prep leadership to tailor plans for each student. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of direct test-prep instruction, strong organizational skills, and experience supporting accommodations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years direct instruction in test prep.
• Experience with accommodations for standardized tests.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction for ACT/SAT to a cohort of students (~20-24 hours/week).
• Build relationships with students and families throughout the prep process.
• Collaborate with Test Prep leadership to plan individualized student plans.
• Support curriculum development and instructor coaching opportunities.
• Participate in meetings and professional development.
