Voyager Technologies is seeking a SAR Data Exploitation Program Manager to oversee the development of automated target recognition software for SAR data. You will manage a team of radar SMEs and machine learning engineers, ensuring on-time delivery and technical excellence.

The role requires a strong physics/electrical engineering background, experience with deep neural networks, and proven executive communication skills to engage customers and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams (3+ years).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Familiarity with SAR radar phenomenology and signal processing.
• Proven ability to write technical proposals and support business development.
• Strong executive communication skills demonstrated by writing compelling proposals.

Responsibilities
