Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a SAR Data Exploitation Program Manager to oversee the development of automated target recognition software for moving and stationary objects in SAR data. You will lead a team of radar SMEs and machine learning engineers.

A strong background in physics or electrical engineering is required to understand SAR phenomenology. The role demands exceptional executive communication, proposal writing, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget for U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Active DoD Top Secret government clearance.
• Familiarity with SAR radar sensing phenomenology and signal processing.
• Proven executive communication skills demonstrated by creating clear written content for external customers and internal communication.
• Experience writing technical proposals and assisting in business development.
• Mentor and perform evaluations for team members.
• Build productive relationships with partners to resolve complex needs.
• Create physics simulations and address bias between simulated and real data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of automated target recognition software for SAR data (moving and stationary objects).
