Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a SAP Manufacturing Production and Test Management (PTM) - Functional Managing Consultant to support a federal government client operating in a classified environment. You will lead the functional design, configuration, and sustainment of SAP PP and QM solutions for defense and energy manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of SAP Manufacturing configuration and implementation experience focused on PP and QM.
• Five+ years supporting federal government clients or regulated/defense environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of MIL-STD, AS9100, ISO 9001 and DCMA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing and deployment of PTM within SAP PP/QM modules for defense and energy manufacturing operations.
• Act as functional lead and primary point of contact for PTM workstream; manage scope, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate federal manufacturing requirements into functional specifications and system configuration.
• Configure core SAP PP components: BOMs, work centers, routings, production orders, capacity planning and MRP integration.
• Design and configure SAP QM inspection plans, characteristics, control charts and defect workflows.
• Oversee integration with MM, PM, SD and CO modules.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses and UAT with stakeholders; mentor junior consultants.
• Develop design docs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Ensure configurations comply with federal defense manufacturing standards and security protocols.
