Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Core Supply Chain transformation work for Life Sciences, guiding SAP S4/HANA projects from design to hypercare. You will partner with C-level and operations leaders to shape strategy, build client relationships, and drive large-scale SAP delivery across multiple accounts.

You will own end-to-end SAP programs, manage multi-partner delivery, and mentor teams while expanding Accenture’s SAP delivery capabilities in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive leadership delivering SAP programs.
• Experience leading SAP S4/HANA transformations in Life Sciences.
• Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, senior consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, guiding SAP S4/HANA transformation projects from concept through hypercare.
• Lead end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Own delivery performance, risk management, and budget across the portfolio with disciplined execution.
• Sell and deliver major transformation programs as a techno-functional advisor in SAP for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Support client sales origination and develop thought leadership to differentiate Accenture's offerings.
• Coach and mentor junior and mid-level talent to build capability and career progression.
