Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Core Supply Chain transformation for Life Sciences, leveraging SAP on large programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end SAP implementations with focus on S4/HANA and manufacturing processes.

The role requires building executive relationships, origination, and guiding multi-disciplinary teams while driving delivery excellence and client value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs.
• Expertise across SAP S4/HANA suite including Life Sciences co-innovation modules.
• Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and developing junior staff.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs for Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Oversee multi-partner delivery, aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• Apply structured problem-solving and systems thinking to large transformations.
• Own financial performance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
• Support client origination and develop thought leadership and go-to-market assets.
