Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Core Supply Chain transformation work within our Life Sciences practice. You will shape, sell, and deliver large-scale SAP transformation programs, engaging C-suite and operations leaders, and guiding multi-partner delivery to drive value realization and organizational change.

You will oversee end-to-end SAP programs, manage delivery risk, and coach teams while advancing Accenture's SAP offerings for Life Sciences with a focus on growth and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs.
• Expertise across SAP S4/HANA suite of technology solutions including Life Sciences co-innovation modules.
• Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams or client engagements, including managing and developing junior staff.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if associate degree, minimum 6 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Build and expand executive relationships across priority accounts, driving growth and value realization.
• Oversee complex, multi-partner delivery, aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• Apply structured problem-solving and systems thinking to break down large transformation challenges.
• Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio.
