Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Core Supply Chain transformation programs on the SAP platform for Life Sciences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, shaping strategy, selling initiatives, and delivering end-to-end SAP programs with a focus on value realization.

Travel is required up to 75%. You will mentor teams, drive delivery excellence, and build strong client relationships while advancing Accenture’s SAP delivery capabilities in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs
• Expertise across SAP S4/HANA suite of technology solutions including Life Sciences co-innovation modules
• Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams or client engagements, including mentoring junior staff
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite, operations, and technology leaders, guiding SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for Supply Chain from design through hypercare
• Build and expand executive relationships across priority accounts to drive growth and value realization
• Lead end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing, overseeing multi-partner delivery with accountability
• Apply structured problem-solving and systems thinking to break down large transformation challenges into sequenced workstreams
• Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio
• Contribute to capability development, reusable assets, and go-to-market offerings for SAP in Life Sciences
