ZipStaff Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on ECC landscapes with exposure to S/4HANA, delivering large-scale SAP programs and managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid Reno setting. The ideal candidate has deep SAP delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years SAP delivery experience with at least 5 years in project/program management.
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience managing global and geographically distributed teams.
• Expertise in project planning tools and governance frameworks.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program and project delivery across ECC and related enterprise applications.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive governance, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing objectives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA assessment, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
