Job summary

Hamilton Company, a leader in precision fluid measuring technology, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project Manager to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation. The role is onsite in Reno, Nevada, with ownership from scoping through post-go-live stabilization.

Ideal candidates bring three full lifecycle SAP deployments, strong PMC/PMI credentials, and a track record in cross-functional program delivery, including vendor management and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA deployments in large enterprises.
• Three full-lifecycle SAP deployments with progression to program delivery lead.
• Strong vendor management and oversight of SIs and software partners.
• Experience with cross-module interfaces, middleware, and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and analytics.
• Manage scope, schedule baselines, charters, resources, and budget governance.
• Oversee data migration, legacy decommissioning, third-party integration, testing.
