Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role is onsite in Reno, Nevada, with no hybrid option.

Ideal candidates have 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and strong PMI credentials, plus hands-on experience with Agile and cloud platforms. You will own delivery from scoping through post-go-live stabilization and coordinate diverse IT and business teams.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA implementations in large enterprises.
Experience as functional module lead, integration manager, and delivery lead.
Deep familiarity with SAP lifecycles, interfaces, and middleware.
Strong vendor management and ability to hold integrators to SOWs.
Excellent executive presence and communication for C-level forums.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, with scope, schedule, and budget governance.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and analytics.
Align sponsors, process owners, IT teams, and partners; run steering forums.
Oversee requirements, blueprinting, design, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
Manage data migration, legacy decommissioning, and integration testing strategy.
Partner with change management to drive training and business readiness during cutover.
