Job summary

Amazon’s Leo Finance Technology seeks a Sr. SAP Tech Program Manager to lead a portfolio of SAP and non-SAP system implementations from design to deployment.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, finance, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery in a startup-like environment. You will drive agile plans, manage backlogs, run POCs, and oversee testing cycles while communicating progress to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years directly working with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• 4+ years implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with SAP S/4HANA focus.
• 6+ years in finance, supply chain, consulting, or operations with process and systems transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of system implementation projects from design through deployment and support (SAP and non-SAP).
• Build agile delivery plans and deployment project plans; manage risks and issues.
• Manage project backlog; plan sprints; manage cross-team dependencies.
• Gather business requirements; partner with development teams; communicate dependencies.
• Lead POC sessions to validate solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing and training.
• Navigate ambiguity; align across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate status to senior leadership; escalate to keep delivery on track.
• Lead large, cross-organizational projects with strong technical foundation.
• Drive schedules from design to release; manage production launches; report progress.
• Simplify processes; apply innovation and sound judgment.
• Establish team best practices; identify and mitigate blockers.
• Write data-driven narratives and present findings to leadership.
• Design and implement program processes and tools as needed.
