Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology to own strategy and execution of enterprise programs underpinning Leo's global operations at scale. You will align SAP and integrated systems to business, financial, and operational outcomes.

Lead multi-team collaboration, define operating models, drive durable processes, and enable predictable delivery in a complex environment while advancing the customer-focused mission of Amazon Leo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leo’s business objectives.
• Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users.
• Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
• Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization.
• Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed.
• Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth.
• Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to unblock execution.
• Identify and elevate risks, manage issue resolution.
• Set up project management best practices and processes, align with existing processes to delivery results.
• Set up Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence.

As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical, enterprise-wide programs that underpin Leo's global operations at scale. You will set the long-term vision for how enterprise platforms—including SAP and tightly integrated systems—enable Leo's business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps driving alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilities

This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. This role requires ability to advocate on behalf of our customers (internal and external) and an ability to push back without being adversarial.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
