Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP engagements, developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will codify requirements and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will manage client relationships, drive engagement economics, and oversee budgets while traveling 40-60% to meet clients. Strong SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and GROW hosting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE operating model and hosting options (GROW).
• Proven ability to lead technology teams and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
